Order Processing

1. Select the items you wish to purchase, and place them in your shopping cart.
2. Check out using our secure server.
3. You will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your order, including titles ordered and total price.
4. The order is picked and packaged at our warehouse.
5. A final shipping confirmation e-mail is sent to you, detailing the items shipped and the cost. If an item is not available it will not be back ordered, but you can add it to your wish list.
6. Your credit card is charged for the total amount shown on your shipping confirmation.
7. The books leave the warehouse, and are shipped via the method you selected.
