Our books may have been in and out of shipping cases a number of times. Many are in pristine condition, while others have suffered some damage. We have strict quality control standards. We will not send you a book that has structural damage. However, we may send you a book that has minor cosmetic damage if it is our last copy. These books are then discounted a further 20%. If you are not happy with the condition of your purchase, you can return it for a full refund.
