Because one of our warehouses
is located in the United States:
- All orders are
sent via the US Postal Service from Niagara Falls, NY.
- All returned product goes to our
Lewiston NY warehouse.
Canadian CustomersBack

Because we have warehouses
in Canada:
- All orders are
sent via the Canadian Mail System, either Parcel Post, Express Post,
or Canada Post Priority Courier from Thorold, Ontario, Canada.
- We are required
by law to charge GST.

If you reside in the Niagara Region, you have an option to pick up your order
at our St. Catharines, Ontario location. You will only be charged our
standard handling fee ($1.00 per order) and no shipping fee. You charges
will already be applied to your credit card when you pick up the package.
Returns will not be accepted at this location. All issues regarding your
order must be placed through our Customer Service department.

- On our registration form, because we cant possibly enter all states and
provinces in the world into our pull-down menus, weve chosen to enter only the ones
in North America. Therefore, customers outside of
Canada and the United States must fill out the customer registration and address fields as follows:
- for the "State/Province" field,
choose the "Other" field.
- enter the state/province
information as part of the "City" field. - select the right country from
the "Country" field pull-down menu.
If your country
charges a VAT (Value-Added Tax), you may be assessed that
tax at Customs. You may be responsible to pay this charge before you
receive your delivery.

Most orders
are confirmed and shipped within 2-3 days.
The clock does not start
running until your e-mail shipping confirmation is sent. Please see our order processing page for additional information.
Four Shipping MethodsBack

- Standard Shipping (Postal Book Rate, Global Mail)

This is our default shipping method for shipping anywhere in the world. It is our most popular
and least expensive method. In North America, books are sent via "Media Mail". Outside of North America, books are flown into each country's local postal system.

Standard Shipping takes 1 to 3 weeks
in North America with the exception of Alaska, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territories which could take up to 6 weeks. Standard Shipping takes 2 to 4 weeks to countries outside of North America. To view more specific International Shipping Timeframes,

- Rates vary depending on destination and weight of order.
- Priority Shipping (Priority Mail, Global Mail)
- Priority Shipping takes 3 to 7 business days
in North America.
Prioriry Shipping takes 1 to 2 weeks to countries outside of North America after the order has been shipped out.

- Express Shipping
(Air Courier Delivery)
- Delivery is
by Courier service.
- This is for those who absolutely have to have the book as
quickly as possible.

Deliveries in North America arrive within 72 hours after
your order has been shipped out. Express Shipping is not available to countries outside of North America.
- Don’t Ship – I will Pickup
- If you reside in the Niagara Region, you have an option to pick up the order

Shipping and Handling Costs

- Our handling charge of $1.00 covers the cost to pull and pack orders from our warehouse.
- Shipping rates are calculated in advance, based on the size
of your order and the country of destination. Our shipping charges include:
- packaging (approximately 40 cents to $2.00 per order)
- shipper's wages to pack and ship each order
- delivery costs to post office/courier service
- actual postage as marked on the outside of each package
- customer service time
- If you have a registered BookCloseouts account, you can view your shipping charges before finalizing a purchase. To do so, visit our store, click on checkout, click on proceed to purchase, and then view your Final Purchase Summary. Summary includes subtotal, shipping, handling, tax and total.
Drop-Ship

Drop-Ship orders are sent
without any pricing or BookCloseouts information. It is an excellent option for gift-giving or for resellers sending orders to their customers. To choose the
Drop-Ship option:
- Click the Drop-Ship option when you check out.
- Change the "Ship
To:" address to where you want the package delivered.
- Click on "Update New Shipping Info".
An invoice will be e-mailed
to you.
