Customer Registration

To enable us to process your order, we need to create your personal profile. If you have already registered in the past, use the log in fields at left. We require the following information:

• a billing address and shipping address to complete your purchase and deliver your product to you
• your e-mail address so that we can keep you up to date on the status of your order. This will also be your account user name. If you do not have an e-mail account, you can type in any word you wish.
• your password which you create and this combined with your user name or e-mail address will allow you to access your account information
• your phone number is needed in case we need to call you about your order. We rarely do this, however, if you do not an e-mail address, having your phone number will allow us to provide you with excellent customer service.

At the Purchase Page you will have an opportunity to specify a different shipping address if required. Your information (except credit card info) will be keep securely with BookCloseOuts and this service means you don't have to type in your profile each time you visit us.
