We have facilities in both Lewiston, New York; and Ontario, Canada which contain collectively 500,000 square feet of warehouse space plus over 250 employees. For North American orders, we ship from both locations so there are no cross-border custom issues. Outside of North America, we ship to most countries, with product arriving within 2 to 3 weeks after order processing.
