Canadian Customers

When an order is placed with a Canadian shipping address:

• All orders are sent via Canada Post, (Parcel Post, Express Post, or Canada Post Priority Courier) from Thorold, Ontario, Canada.
• All orders are in USD FUNDS, including shipping and handling charges.
• We are required by law to charge GST.

Canadian Shipping Methods

Please note all carriers deliver Monday to Friday only. Shipping times begin when the package leaves our warehouse.

• Standard Shipping Via Canada Post (Canada Post Expedited Service)
  • This is our standard shipping method. It is also our most popular and least expensive.
  • Books can take up to 10 business days to be delivered within Canada, with the exception of Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territories which can take up to 6 weeks.
  • Rates vary depending on destination and weight of order.
• Priority Shipping via Canada Post (Canada Post Xpresspost Service)
  • Most orders are delivered within 4 business days.
  • Rates vary depending on destination and weight of order.
• Express Shipping (Canada Post Priority Next A.M. Courier)
  • Most orders are delivered within one to two business days.
• In-Store Order Pick-up
  • If you are in the Niagara Region, you have an option to pick up your order at our St. Catharines, Ontario location. To do this, on your Shipping Information page:
    Simply select Store Pickup in the shipping options you will not be charged for shipping. An email will be sent to you informing you when your order is available for pick up.
