Our return policy:

All of our books have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service department within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please note, this does not apply to Scratch & Dent books. We guarantee the Scratch & Dent product you receive is structurally sound and good for reading. However, due to the nature and discounting of this Scratch & Dent product all sales are final with no returns accepted.

Create a ticket with our customer service team. Be sure to select the "Returns, refunds, or replacements" subject option. Include your order information with the ticket.

Our Customer Service department will determine if a price adjustment or refund is warranted and respond back with your Return Authorization Number. We do not accept returns without a customer service Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Please note, music CDs, audio books, videos and software can not be returned once opened.
